INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 679/2016 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA GDPR
This page describes how to manage the site, with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.
Browsing the Site is free and requires no registration, with the exception of any areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him in order to access specifically identified services. Information on the protection of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ” Code regarding the protection of personal data ” (hereinafter the ” Code “), and EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter ” GDPR “) the following information is provided.
1. Types of personal data processed
To access the Site it is not necessary to register. However, there may be sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password for services for which you must provide your data (eg. Newsletter, contact form, request for availability, etc.).
If information and personal data are acquired, we will inform users, pursuant to Article 13 of the Code, of the purposes for which such data are requested and of the ways in which they will be used. Where necessary, the specific consent of the user for the relative use of the data will be acquired. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide to use the services of the Site may be requested by filling in a specific registration form. 5. “Profiling” and / or personalization tools
The Site uses ” Cookies “: these are text files that are sent from a web server to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and stored on the user’s PC hard drive when he visits the Site. What types of cookies do we use

7. Applicable law
