INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 679/2016 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA GDPR
This page describes how to manage the site, with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.
Browsing the Site is free and requires no registration, with the exception of any areas in which the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him in order to access specifically identified services. Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his personal data to access these additional services, he will be expressly informed pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data and EU Regulation 679/2016 – “RGDP”, with indication of the purposes and methods of use of the data, as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of data or the updating of themselves.
Information on the protection of personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ” Code regarding the protection of personal data ” (hereinafter the ” Code “), and EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter ” GDPR “) the following information is provided.
1. Types of personal data processed
To access the Site it is not necessary to register. However, there may be sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password for services for which you must provide your data (eg. Newsletter, contact form, request for availability, etc.).
If information and personal data are acquired, we will inform users, pursuant to Article 13 of the Code, of the purposes for which such data are requested and of the ways in which they will be used. Where necessary, the specific consent of the user for the relative use of the data will be acquired. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide to use the services of the Site may be requested by filling in a specific registration form. The personal data collected online will be used only for the purposes indicated during registration.
Data relating to connection and navigation within the Site (such as the addresses in URI-Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response , the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and will be automatically deleted after the useful time has elapsed. 2. Optional supply of personal data

3. Methods of data processing and scope of communication
The data may be processed both electronically and on paper. We guarantee the lawful and correct treatment of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration.
The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to authorization by the same.
4. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through connection links. We cannot be held responsible for the personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.
5. “Profiling” and / or personalization tools
The Site uses ” Cookies “: these are text files that are sent from a web server to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and stored on the user’s PC hard drive when he visits the Site. The cookie allows the Site to identify the user’s PC, through the information stored in it, every time the user reconnects to the Site through that PC.

What types of cookies do we use

These are cookies aimed at creating profiles relating to the user, for example in order to send advertising messages consistent with the preferences of the user: these cookies are released by the Site on the user’s computer during navigation and are stored even beyond the time the duration of the browsing session itself, until their expiration or until their cancellation by the user (so-called ” permanent cookies “).

There are no profiling cookies on the site
5.1 Information on the cookies released
